At the moment we have ubuntu-14.04-x86_64 , upgrading is no problem since you have a control panel from which you can control your vps including vnc.
You can also open a support ticket and request installation of your desired OS version. Our support staff is there to help.

Thank you. Just purchased 1 vps. But I can't access to server by ssh. Something went wrong? It always shows "connect to host ... port 22 connection time out".

It seams that everything is down - havent got an answer from them yet, worst part is that my paid campaigns are running and I cant pause them atm, so taking a loss here :/

No i dont know, but if this service isn't back in an hour ill start searching. Its a good service but being locked out of any information and losing money isnt good.

Everything is back on track and working.
It was not a minor issue. The hdd on one of the main nodes past away to a better place. It just happened that it contained sectors from the network configuration for that node which resulted in network failure.
For a hardware replacement and server restoration i think we did a good timely job. Everything is back on track now.

Hello,
I'm having problems with my VPS since this network issue started. I opened a ticket but it's taking too long to respond. Even though everything should be fine, my VPS still says offline, and I can't turn it on either.
I can't ping or connect through SSH to it either.
