[HELP] Selling betting tips

Hello everyone,

First of all, sorry for my basic and sometimes bad English.
I hope I'm in the right forum section.

I'm searching for some advices.

A friend and I want to sell some betting tips on a website that I develop.

I can develop myself the website and my friend is really good to bet and earn some money and we want to earn more by selling betting tips.

So I have some question :
Do I have to set up a company ? (We live in EU)
How can I promote easily my website ?
Is the paypal payement solution enough ?
What happend if people want they money back on Paypal ?
Do you have some advices or ideas for me ? (I totally understand if you don't want to share you ideas)

PayPal is easy a a solution and used by millions, it's trusted
 
Skrill is just a very common payment provider used in the betting / gaming industry.

5 Different tipsters with a range 900-1200 followers ... and the monthly subscription of 45-65 euro - they have between 7 and 13 members who pay them!!!
You can reach to 1000 followers in 3-5 months if you are very good!!.... to much effort for only 10 subscribers on a month ...

In my opinion if you want a payment processor you must register a company ( if you get >1000$ a month)
paypal without a business account no way

You can simply use social media to gain your profits is really easy to do. You can share some free tips on there (few free tips on there) and you can share the results of your betting advice regularly.
