Well since i never got a response email directly back from one of your people about this
here's the Complaint i sent:

I have a Complaint about your High Retention views I did not recieve HR views . What you sent me very low retention views My video is 10 mins and 49 seconds long
the views you sent only averaged 1 min and 49 seconds watch time which is only 10% of the video.This does me no good. High Retion views are supposed to be 70% to 90% watch time.

Having only 10% 10 min plus long video viewed hurt me more than helped me.
I also want to add these were all mobile views.

I have dealt with other sellers capable of doing this. If there's a problem with video length it should have been noted on your website.

I'm not happy with the service I was looking forward to doing future business with you if this had worked out. But what you're selling is definitely not HR view
Here's what done I want I'd like you to either send me 5,000 HR views or give me a refund.
