What in the world does this email response from InstaGram mean?

I've sent a picture of myself with code and everything so they would unban my account.
For some reason, I keep receiving this response.

Does anyone know what this means?

The issue is not on your end, so you can't really fix it.
It can be ig's mail servers, try it later perhaps.
