Do you make your VA use proxies?

Those of you from UK, US, Canada, etc who use VAs from India/SE Asia, do you have them use proxies from your country when creating accounts/posting articles/building links or is this overkill?

Do you have them use PIA/HMA or just change proxy settings in their browser?

Also, can I ask why? For instance, I've noticed that PVA's I've bought from sellers in India/Pakistan/SE Asia tend to attract followers from those areas despite the fact that I'm using the accounts with UK/US proxies. I'm not really heavy into the social game, but I'm thinking that any future web 2.0/video/bookmarking sites I build might be better served if the VA is operating on the same country's IP that I'm targeting.

I have a vpn subscription that allows up to 5 concurrent connections..I let them piggy back on it and instruct them to use a US connection.
