Creation of backlinks.

Hello,
I'm new in SEO and I have some question about backlinks and PNB's. Do you guys do it manually? Like it would take some time to get some good ammout. Or you guys do it with some bots like GSA Search Engine Ranker?

All the backlinks that are worth something these days are done manually. Bots and tools are limited. They can't post links everywhere. And backlinks is just as good as hard it is to get it. If there's a site where everyone can get a backlink from, then the backlink is not worth a damn. The best backlinks are always paid.

PBNs - You control the network. You can't do anything here with the bot, except automate article uploading or design etc, but apart of that, it's manual.
Guest posts - You can use bot to find targets for outreach, but that's about it.

The 2 link types above are basically the only two that will help you rank some more competetive stuff. Everything below is for diversity, slight boosts and anchor dillution. You simply cannot automate the best backlinks.

Web 2.0 - Can be automated.
Tier 2 and other lower tiers - Can be automated.
Forum posts - Can be automated
Bookmarks - Can be automated
Directories - Can be automated
Blog comments - Can be automated

Etc.

You do not understand the very basic concepts of SEO. Before you attempt to do any SEO at all, do a few weeks of reading first. Otherwise you will just waste money.

I like all things manual these days. You must toe in line or forget about making money with your ventures online. Choice is yours.

SEO is about innovation and NOT automation. If you think ahead of time you're likely to stay on course or drift apart.

honestly, I you want to dive into tiered building, at least do it on some freeblogs.
honestly, buy some blogposts. and invest your time into sth you can master.

tiered link building gives unlimited possibilities

I prefer you build the links manually, since it's safer and give the best result and also takes time to build.
But IMO if you want to faster the process you can build tier 1 manually and tier 2 & 3 with tools, but you know the risks.

Building links using tools makes things easier but manual link building allows you to keep your brand consistent and signal value to the search engines. So, it's best to build links manually.
