Followliker not doing the trick

which website can i use to earn and which one are you using?
I am following targeted users using follow liker but still i cannot get any good following, i have followed more than 400 users and only 47 followed me back in 10 days.
I am also tweeting with the hashtags.
Sample twitter ID = xnora_DS
Do i need the social proof? like some thousands fake followers? but they don't have engagement
I have now 8 accounts.

Your tweets are barely informative. You're using tweets like IG posts - mostly hashtags and no content.

I found using famous motivational quotes work well. I probably get 1k followers every 3-4 days out of 10 accounts on autopilot. Also follow a users "following" and not their "followers". Good luck
