What do you mean.

A dropped/deleted domain is a domain which expired and was not renewed by its formal owner so it becomes available to register. Google takes away PR values of such domains during the first Google PR update that follows the deletion of the subject domain.

This web site was create on 2009-05-14 at GODADDY.COM. I wonder how he built link building very fast to get PR 7. That why this web site was in google sandbox.

Dude, I have been into expired domain market for years and I can spot an expired/dropped domain from miles away.

PS. Domain is not indexed, plus, info: query doesn't return a result either which makes me think that the domain has already been banned from Google.
