I can't link my Payoneer to them.. Any India who is getting regular payments from them??

First choice pay is a payoneer partner. You can create an account and apply for a card. I just got mine today. I am from Pakistan though.
Edit: Crakrevenue have first choice pay as payment method.

You received a physical card from First Choice Pay and can use the funds from your account to your local atms??

That's weird. You should apply through you crack revenue payment settings so it will be linked.

Then why dont you just use Paxum instead of Payoneer ?
Paxum is easier, it does not have to be "linked", fees are lower and features are better (most notably, you can get your money to be sent directly onto your bank account.
Also paxum allows you to control what you have on your card at any moment, which is really useful. Payoneer does not do that, you have to transfer your money directly onto your card, that sucks imho
