I want to use different ad networks for my websites. It is widely accepted( i agree too) Adsense isbest.
But will it be a problem if I use any other ad network with adsense. Will it effect adsense income?

And if I can use, then how much network can I use?
I heard about infolinks,content.ad, viglink etc.

You can use many ad networks but that means a lot of ads and the users will not like that. the trick is using 2-3 networks with different ad methods. You can take the banners from Adsense (if they accept you), popunder ad from AdMaven and native ads from Taboola, this will give you a diversity and ads that don't overlap.

AdSense is definitely the best. But you must have high quality content and site structures to be accepted. Adding others can cause problems if Google perceives your site as existing solely for advertising.

First of all to your question, you can use as many networks as you want, Google are not exclusive.
With that being said once you will have more networks and more ads the user attention is divided, if you ad too much you will be an ad farm and it is harder to manage.
If you just diversify the networks but keep the same number of ads and location each ad will have it's own CPM and you can test what network work best on each location/size.

We use DFP to serve ads and doing a waterfall between several advertisers in order to maximize the results.

Adsense is best though it has some tight regulations may be! You need to provide quality content as well.
