Able to get high karma on Reddit?

So I am able to get high karma (1k+ link karma) easily through reddit and I'm curious as to if this can do anything for me - Sell them? Promote something?

Not sure where to sell and there seems to be a lack of it on this forum - Not sure if there's just not account sellers or if it's not in demand here
