Invisible cookies

I use HMA to change IPs, but a website is recognizing me
I tried using CCleaner, deleting flash cookies, temp files, but still no luck
And no, they didnt ban all IPs, they are showing me the IP that they banned before, even if I change to a new IP, they have a way to find me
The only way I managed to log in again, is when I changed the browser, but then again I could not use that browser again
I know formating my computer would work, but Id rather try to find where the file is located
I tried Appdata /roaming, temp folder, etc.. no luck, cannot find where the file is located ( if it is even a file)
And I dont think it is my mac address, because it worked changing browsers
Something even weirder is they never ban me that way on another computer
I even tried disabling Javascript, but then the site doesnt work

Or is there a programm to see what files the website is searching when I log in?

No, it's not because of HMA
As I said, they are showing me on what IP they banned me, and changing IPs, cleaning everything doesn't help
I suspect they have a file hidden on my computer

They could be tracking you with Adobe Flash or Microsoft Silverlight cookies.

I'm wondering if they are creating a fingerprint instead of a cookie. Basically, it's an ID based on your browser, user agent, plugins, etc... The fact that you said it worked when you used a new browser despite everything else you tried leads me to believe it's a fingerprint.

If this is true, you can take a browser that doesn't work and install a plugin and try again.
