I think he means that he pulls those comments from social networks. They aren't the only reason the site was penalized, especially if the IP was changed.

i think what the OP is trying to say.. he is manually adding fake comments to his website which got hit by Fred.. each comment was made with a different ip address.. do you guys suggest to him that he leave the comments as they are or remove them, in order to regain his ranking on google.
