Backconnect proxies rotating IP every request

Hi, does any one know if there exists any service that offers proxies which will randomly select end-IP from the pool for each request?
Most services rotate proxies every 10 or 5 mins but I wonder if there are ones that offer new IP every time I do a request.

i have other idea for whom may be interested .

say that you have your own proxies like you have some http proxies from provide A
and other socks5 from provider B
and other proxies from provider C

i can assist you over linux server to combine them all in 1 location and you access them into only 1 ip and 1 port and you will be auto rotated over the 3 different proxies providers above .

if someone here need asset for that thing i will be helping

What is it that you make requests with ? Maybe you should try to change ip on every triggered request, no matter successfull or not.

Edit:

In chrome you can use use this argument to add/change proxy server, so all you need to do is to load ip address on each request

--proxy-server="http=127.0.0.1:80;

Are you able to setup a dns server as a smart dns server? I'm trying to send common traffic to main public dns and sending video traffic(Hulu, Netflix.. etc) to clean ip addresses

They have a fairly large pool of IPs and does refresh in the amount the op needs. I used there service for a few months and did not have any issues.
