Need Facebook ads help

I craeted an like-ad for my music page and added specific 3 music genres + worldwide.
I made it a little click-bait-ish.
Now the result is that i only get likes from arabs and indians - which probaly never ever heard of the music genre.
Why is this ? I mean the likes are cheap (0,004$ per like, over 25% are liking the page) - but that doesnt matter because those people only clicked because they didnt knew what they actually clicked on and only followed the click-bait.
All of my last 500 Likes are from those 3rd world countries - why does facebook set a priority to those countries when i choose worldwide?

fb will try its best to bring you cost effective result thats why you are getting likes from countries with low competition and cheap cpm.

Make individual adset with individual countries that you want like from. Check the cost and optimize accordingly

But why deliver it to people which are clearly NOT my target ?
I browse the profiles of a lot of people who liked my page - and there is not a single sign why those people got my ad.
