Good free auto poster plugin for Wordpress?

I've always used RSS Multi Importer plugin to fetch and autopost news articles. The problem is that 99/100 RSS feeds aren't good for this as they'll either have no image, too small image or only one line of text. I tried using wp-autoposter.org plugin but it just gives me a 406 error and their documentation page isn't there either. I'm just looking for a free and easy plugin like RSS Multi Importer but not reliant on RSS and can post full news articles from any source. I've seen these auto news sites out there but have no idea which plugin they use.

So, for example, I want NBA news autoposted on my site. I can't find a feed with full articles and large images. I want a plugin to pull images and articles directly from a site like ESPN or sportingnews.com or something.

I don't think these auto-spin, auto-post type of softwares really does the job they need to. They just damage your site imho.

I don't think any of such good plugin exists. I have tried almost of all them. None worked liked I always wanted.
