My affiliate manager told me to do those diet rebill offers.

They pay good but as far as I know my sales will get deducted in case the customer cancels the membership or simply does a charge back with his credit card company.

Does anyone of you guys know how many of the actual rebill customers files a charge back?

Your sales will get deducted ? I dont think so yeah if your charge backs ratio is high your account will get ban or may be advertiser will not allow you to promote offer. I am missing something ?

OK so since roys seems to be really busy, ..what are other guys' opinion on my question

I'm busy, but I always have time for more business.

Anyway, you could try others' rebill offers but just be careful who you work with, there are many shady companies out there.

Well this doesn't cover my question, not even a bit!

Assuming I am going to promote your rebill offer. Will my trial sales be deducted if you get charge backs? And if so, I'd NEED to know what the average chargeback ratio is on the trial sales ..

There is no accurate number on what your rebill customers file charge back.

The 2 main factors that can vary the charge back ratio number:
1. How aggressive your angle was to get the customer to input their credit for the free trial.

2. The quality of customer service managed by the advertiser
(This is one major factor which I agree with @royserpa on you must trust who you work with 100%!)

As long as your rebill ratio is 60%+ no network should ever take sales from you, they might lower payouts but I've never heard of someone not paying on those who do not rebill

This is correct, How ever i won't run with a network who has a rebill rate lower than 70% . Advertisers such as myself aim for a rebill rate at 70% or above.

Yeah, its all about what the advertiser wants, but 70% rebill isnt hard to hit with most traffic sources

The chargeback rate will be 5-10% generally

Whoa some people really spew out COMPLETE bullshit.

No way in hell is it anywhere near that! No merchant account could survive that. The chargeback ratio will generally be below 1% otherwise, the merchant account will be suspended.

OP; it is important to point out that there's a HUGE difference between someone cancelling a recurring plan and someone chargebacking.

Not necessarily , It all depends on the quality of traffic. Thats why one merchant account simply won't work with trial offers. I have 7 different mids, when i get to many charge backs on one merchant account i will use a different account to process payments. 5-10% charge backs happens all the time depending on the types of traffic affiliates send my way. TBH a charge back ratio of below 1% just isn't realistic and is an advertisers dream.

1% is pretty industry wide - maybe high risk merchant accounts can go to ~2% with premium fees but that's it.

A 5-10% chargeback rate is absurdly high and no merchant account is gonna last with that rate.
And yea, having below 1% chargeback rate is completely normal.

You gotta have misunderstood the termonology.
