Review:

I was part of moderating one of the reviews provided by OP and to help our forum members, I'm placing this review.
So lets come to the point directly.

OP gave that guy 2 links and they were completely relevant to the providers niche (as BST shows).
Metrics for those 2 sites.

Site 1 :

DA - 55
PA - 63
CF - 46
TF - 25

Site 2 :

DA - 64
PA - 70
CF - 50
TF - 59


Content:

Unique hand written content with minor grammatical mistakes(just some missing of periods), but it was top notch though apart from leaving those 2-3 minor mistakes.
Article was having proper inbound, Outbound, targeting urls and anchor text URLS.
H1 tag was present, h2 tag was featuring few sub keywords with relevant images supplied to it as well.

Overall, A good and recommend service where you'll get worth of each penny you've spent.

PS: Some people will see the rate is quite high, but when you test one of steve's link and magic in SERP will make you understand it's worth.
