Hi guys, I’ve been in SEO like 5-6 months already and I can proudly say that all of my projects have failed, so far. I’ve been into three projects, trying to rank 3 low competition keywords using web 2.0’s. The very same thing is happening on the third project now, and I’m pretty much nervous, so I desperately need your help.

I’ve been writing my content for the web 2.0’s on tier one, on tier two also, added wiki backlinks, coments, etc. as tier 3, image share backlinks, done videos and everything, and still I’m stuck on #23. Since my exact match anchor ratio is over 10% I’m adding expired tumblrs with high PA and lots of link pointing to them to decrease the exact match anchor ratio and increase branded, naked URL and LSI anchors. Also, I’ve done internal linking since it is a major thing to do when you are trying to do quality SEO. I will visit SEOclerk for some PBN link with spun content to add diversity and decrease exact match anchor ratio.

BHW’s been my guide so far for doing SEO and that is why I want to ask for some help or any tip. Do you know how can I unstuck and move to #1 on google?

Share your knowledge to a desperate fellow who needs money to cover his family and start a business of his own. Peace!

Please guys, share something..

What do you expect when you are using just web2.0s to rank something? You will never rank any half decent KW with web 2.0s alone. What you are trying to achieve would work in 2012, but not today. Without PBN links or guest posts, nothing will happen. And do yourself a favor and do not outsource any links from Seoclerks. Either make your own PBN, or outsource here, there are a few decent sellers. I can personally recommend @BlackBDO and @reallife

Thank you, but most BHW guys require pay pal and it is no available in my country. On the other hand I've read couple of successful stories who ranked their websites on #1 with just pbns. Thank you for the answer, appreciate it!

Turkey or somewhere around there I presume. Well, many sellers accept Payoneer nowadays, so no worries.

Well Macedonia, on the Balkan. One more question, when you say PBN you think of quality PBN link and not those 50 link for $10 sales, right?

There are PBNs and there are PBNs my friend. Quality over quantity is the best way forward.

Seo is about testing, testing and testing again.
What works you carry on doing, what doesn't you bin it.

Have a read of this thread:

Precisely that.

Never actually saw this thread before, thank you a lot! And also, quality over quantity yes, but I'm a guy with empty pockets, so I kind of can't spend a lot..

@KireG Are you sure that it's a low comp keyword?

There are competitive keywords with hidden PBNs, hence why you might've got only #23.

When I tried to rank for a true low comp keyword, I managed to get in the 1st page in about 3-4 months, and that's without any backlinking.

So, in your case, with web 2.0s powered by other links, you should've seen a much muuuuuch better rank.

Check the top 50 and see if there are others people targeting the exact keyword.

Also, you might've got an on-page penalization. It happened to me on others keywords which were at aprox. the same comp.

Well, there are other sites optimized for the keyword, but none of them are product optimized. They only offer medium content which is in the category of "just another blog article".. but few of them are strong blogs and have few pbns linking to them.. I've checked the competition many times, seemed like quite easy keyword to rank...

@KireG What do you mean keyword optimized and not product optimized?

Google doesn't give a crap about this thing. Do they have a strong relevancy for this keyword? Yeah? Then they will rank for it.

Simple as that. That's why you can see a crap tutorial from wikihow ranking in the first place for one particular keyword.

Look at "how to stop playing video games" on google. Who's there? Wikihow.

The tutorial might look fine but it doesn't actually target the problem from a correct POV. Many times I gave up on this particular game only to come back.(by using this brute force type)

Why do they rank? Because of authority and relevancy.

Well, when i type the keyword in keywordrevealer the competition is 15, that means low. But the first 3 sites have like 40-50 backlinks pointing to them (those are backlinks spotted by SEO spyglass). So i figured, I might give it a try since the competition is low.
And by product optimized i mean, they just have general free content, not selling anything.

If the links are hidden, then keywordrevealer won't grab them, hence why you might get low comp. Anyway, the other most likely problem is the on page optimization.

Check the phpbuilt's guide here.

If these 2 are not the problem, then Idk else could be. Perhaps the anchor ratio...or maybe your link source suck ass.(Huge OBL, or no link juice).

Thank you for the help. I'll see what it is

i tried to many tools and other method but i cant download deleted videos so forget about deleted video and if you got sucess by any other method please inform me because i want to also download some deleted video.

20$ Yearly hosting for PBN(s)? Good luck.

Think about this "Why do they rank? Because of authority and relevancy."
