(2017) How to create mass YouTube / Google accounts?

Hi guys,

Been a long time since I've messed with Google accounts.

Few years ago, it was much easier to make an account. Grab a proxy from a random website, use a phone number or phone number service and it worked.

Now, I keep getting "You can't use this number" and accounts getting banned almost instantly after uploading on YouTube.

What has changed? What to do? Any tips?
