Someone steals my content

Hello,


It's been several months since I have a problem that I can not get rid of.

I have a big french adult site (10k-15k visits / days) and the content is instantly copied on a .ru site. As soon as I publish an article, a few minutes later it appears on this .ru site and the images appear to be hosted on its server. It's like a kind of improved iframe.

The only difference with my site is that he managed to block my ads and put his own. He even kept my logo...
The problem is that on some google keywords it is in front of me while that is my content. And according to its stats it has more and more visit and me less and less.
I'm also afraid of being penalized for duplicate content.

If you have any ideas to block it, thanks

You can't do much to block it just you can ensure to make better ranking and get indexed early.
 
Copyright your videos, put a big logo including website name and some text "for more videos go to "yoursite.com" on each video and also include this same text in every text/description which you see to be copied by them.
This would make you the source of the videos in Google's 'eyes'. Moreover, you will get a good direct traffic from these videos shared as well
 
It's not a tube website, 95% of contents are pics. But this site keep the same <title> balise with my website name, same meta description, same content... So google should know but somes of his pictures or articles are better referenced than me .. While it is word for word my article, in French.

Is it built on WordPress? You could try this

I have already installed it a long time ago ... I do not think it copies the site manually ... Because the changes that I bring to my site are applied to his own a few minutes after.
 
Last year , i had same problem like you, i created unique website( original content, paid landing from themeforest ) ,and the rankings was very good . In one night, i received a mail from googlemaster that i got manual penalty . After this BOOMM! when i checked main keyword instead of my website was the website copy( identical copy ) , and of course my website were not showing in google. I did not understand until today how can someone copy your site and derank you
 
Simply register your website with the DMCA

Google follows DMCA rules and you can also take down your copy content with the help of the DMCA.

Also put DMCA badge on your website.

The problem is that the pictures do not belong to me because it is an adult site and that they are pictures of nude girls found on internet. So I do not know if I will be protected
 
Block all Russian IP addresses in your .HTACCESS file. I don't have the IP address range with me right now, but that's easy enough for you to look up. At least this will prevent their spiders from crawling your site.

It's simple, block all Russian ip's and copyright photos, in title put your website address etc
 
I have this kind of problems to
He is scraping videos from you, with cURL and other functions, and he have possibility to insert the links and images on his data base, in each case you need to find his server IP or IP's and block them via htaccess.

You can find he's exactly IP or IP's, exactly how he is scraping from you, to know exactly if his script is a grabber then add a simple line of php with some text on your index then go and check his site. If that text appears on his site to then is a grabber, and you can easy get rid of him.

Already try to block him via my .htaccess but doesn't work...

I just installed a wordpress plugin: Wordfence I will try to locate it and block it with this, but I have a lot of traffic so it's hard to see clearly

isnt work cause you dont have the right ip of his server, if you wanna help, i need adress of your site and his site

Alongside htaccess blocking, look through your logs for unusual user agents.

If you think he's simply using curl, have a look at loading the page content via javascript instead of as part of the php file. Curl doesn't execute JS so he'd have to rewrite his scraper.
