What are the best Utube tools again from start to finish to download video edit video watermark video Upload video?

Various people say various tools I thought maybe you could give opinion on best tools?

I use the following:

Vixy.net (AVI format) / Keepvid.com (FLV format)
***for downloading from Youtube

Freez FLV to AVI
***for conversion if I use Keepvid. Sometimes vixy is not working or slow download

Photoshop CS3
***make a nice graphic with my URL in it. used to add into the video, either at the end or somewhere appropiate.

Cyberlink Director / Windows Movie Maker
***for editing. WMM is rather screwed up at times and keep crashing. CD is way better but the videos saved seems to be of poorer quality. or maybe I just cant find the right option.

then I upload it to youtube and use multi accts to comment/rate/favourite it

watermarking doesnt work as big time as before. Whenever people sees a watermarked video from the thumbnail, they know that its BS or whatever affiliate crap it is. Better method is attaching the whole site info at the beginning or at the end of the video and always manipulate the thumbnail for better attention grabber

Ahh now there is some dispute there Snowwhite
as some other people say do the whole video.
Now of course I personally think to do it at the end (I have my own websites by the way I want to promote but its more difficult than some people make out I read a lot about YT here gotta get a watermark video gotta download vids gotta edit) gotta get the correct file for upload correctly.)
Two weeks reading here looking for software here still not uploaded a video or even done one.

I searched some big torrents for the Moyea Video Coverter Pro (clean copy) and not found.
But then I have to find some good cpa offers for a site of mine and an adult site had trouble getting accepted by
companies. Posted these jobs to do this on some sites no reply whatsoever.

Where is that Titanium wall again???????

I meant create a picture with my URL in it (gif or jpg). I use PS to spruce up the looks so that it doesn't look crappy and spammy. (that is, add some nice looking pics beside my URL)

I just had a new idea join a dating site that has watermarking facilities onsite.

1. Downloading

If your downloading youtube videos, use ultraget (its free and cool as you can parse url list from text file to download, just put the urls in notepad, 1 url per line then parse it then leave it to download by batch)

2. Converting
Convert to avi format using Aone flv to avi converter, also by batch. I got mine from torrentz dot com

3. Watermarking
Watermark using "video watermark Factory" (got it from torrentz also)

4. Uploading
You can use the youtubes multiple upload feature.
