Question about web 2.0 and tier 2 indexation

I have a few questions for you.

1) Are web 2.0 effective now?
2) If you use them - do you build them manually or with soft?
3) You use it mainly for anchor diversification or with keyword too?
4) Can you advice some good way to build tier 2 links - maybe a service or tool (if it is a link - just PM me)
5) How much tier 2 links do you build for web 2.0 and what is these links type?
6) How do you index web 2.0? It is a pain in ass for me - I use google add url - it works but not perfectly.
7) What type of content do you use on them? Web archive, spun, freelance
Any feedback would be appreciated

1) Yes they are effective but to some extent.
2) Semi-automated (although many just use browser or outsource it)
3) Keywords too. But 70-80% generic or long tail or brand keywords
4) There are only two tools to build tier 2 links - Rankerx or GSA ser (I only use GSA other one is too costly plus too many failures)
5) I personally build tier 2 links for a month - almost 10k to 15k on 50-60 web 20s
6) Patience with indexing - For me after building tier 2 links it takes atleast a month to get 70-80% links indexed.
7) Spun but very different than normal para level content - you need to do little formatting of the content too.

Please note that indexing web 20s without backlinks is so difficult that i want to say don't bother building web 20s if you aren't building any tier 3 links to them. Man they just don't get indexed. Wordpress, blogger and tumblr get indexed. But jimdo, yola etc. they never get indexed by themself.

1. Yes
2. Both, depends on purpose
3. Both, depends on purpse
4. GSA SER, preferably contextual links. Can also use RankerX or SEREngines if you have GSA already.
5. As many as unique domains as I can, 25-100 links a day. Contextual types like articles and social networks, as well as wikis
6. Elite Link Indexer, although they should get indexed after a while if you're building links to them.
7. Spun with images / videos

In answer to you, look at the number of sellers in the Marketplace who are selling quality Web2.0s and also the cheaper mass produced ones. So yes they do still work.

A PBN network is another form of Web 2.0.

Yes they are still effective and need used as part of your portfolio if you cannot target all editorial links.

Mate, just because someone is selling something in the BST does not mean it works.

Also PBNs and Web 2.0 are totally different things....

PBN is not a form of web 20. When people talk about PBN they mean private blog networks on their own domains not public domains. Maybe PBN can be used for public blog networks too but i think OP asked about different things.

Use GSA Linkbuilding tool for tire 2 links

I usually build 25 tire 2 links for tire 1 links

Even I use google add url and it works good for me.. but it will take lot of time

I use spun contents for tire 2 and hand written for tire 1
