Just turn home router off leave 10 minutes then plug back on.
Ip should of chaged
If that has not happen you need to force the router to change the ip .
Log into your router look for the mac address info , now make a fake mac address up , enter it to router press save rebot router .
You get a new ip.( forced))
Like said above ,a home residential ip is more valuable then any other ip , residential ip from service providers dont get ban, from any website .
When you make accounts with a residential ip , you must do all the bio while creating the account .

You can also go on massplanner forum and read a example how there making there accounts aswell . I am sure there using apps ,but diffrent ones I mention above.
When you have made all your accounts , and you add to a bot, at home , you dont need to set any ip in the bot.
If you need to verify accounts get pre active sims ,from ebay there around £25 per 100.
