I need to buy traffic

Hey guys,

Im looking to buy traffic, I dont want 3rd world countries though (only a small percentage, like 20% maybe). I need mostly from countries like us, uk, france, spain, etc... and NO adult traffic.

This doesn't have to be targetted traffic...I just need people to be on the site for around 5 seconds, the more the better but around 5 is good. Also, I need the traffic to be unique for ATLEAST 24 hours. Seven days would be ideal though.

Im gonna need prices for 100k-1million. Payments via paypal.

Anyone offer such a service? Or maybe know of a trustworthy place that offers such? Im in a testing fase and if all goes well this could be a long-term relationship.
