I am a trainee marketer in a concern currently i'm working for thilaexports.com/ , But after complition of one month i can't get first in google while searching with my company name. Can anyone guide me?

Get some links pointing to your website with the anchor text of your company name.

No just do some SEO insert Titles/Metas and keywords to your website make couple backlinks with your company profile and within a week or 2 youll be able to find yourself in google

A few quick ideas:

Make sure you have your information listed in as many high-quality business directories as possible (Google, Bing, Yelp, etc.) with URLs pointing back to your site, and ensure the NAP (Name, Address, and Phone) match across the board.

Do a full audit with your on-page analyzer of choice (ScreamingFrog is a good free one) and look for issues there.

And I'd add more content to the homepage, there's nothing but images on it for the most part.

And if you can do some kind of press release announcing something unique about your company, get one written and distributed.

There's a lot more you can do, but those are some solid essentials you should be able to easily knock out and see some improvement with.

If you bet #2 you normally would be #1, unless of course google hasn't filled the top 80% of the page with their own ads.

To be on the top you may try these formula -

Get Discovered with Local Keywords
Clean Up You Location Data
Intentional Website Structure
Focus on User Experience
Optimized for Mobile
Have Original Images

One month isn't enough time especially on a new domain / site.

You sharing your domain in public isn't the best move either, a rival may see it and undo any work you have done on it.

unless of course google hasn't filled the top 80% of the page with their own ads.

It has, the #1-4 places are ads, #5 is a google news listing, and on #6 your site, if you are lucky :)

On a more serious note, OP's website is on the second page for the keyword "Thila Exports", #15 position to be exact, so not a lot of work is needed to get it on the first page.

I did a quick audit of your website and it really looks like there are some on-page issues you'd better point your attention to:
-www and non-www versions are not fixed on your website. This can lead to search engines keeping two website versions in their index
-duplicate HTTP and HTTPS content on your website. ( You can correct this by setting up the primary HTTP or HTTPS versions of your pages in the .htaccess file, or using the rel="canonical" tag)
-website pages have duplicate titles and meta description (as well as empty meta description)
These are the few you can focus on for now and hopefully it will help you to drive your site up the SERPs.

Best of luck!

I checked out your website.

Try increasing your website speed, it's VERY slow and not mobile friendly and that can have a negative impact on google.

What is your company name? Have you already submitted it to Google Webmaster Tool?

Do some good On page SEO analysis and fix the errors on it and do some proper link building to your site to get it to the good position on google.Mobile friendly site will get you more visitors to the site it will indirectly affect your ranking.

3 things you must do...

1. Create a quality content
2. Promote your content
3. Build your backlinks

If you want more details you can visit my site and check my post "how to rank higher on google search...."

The fastest way to rank #1 is to find a Senior Google Search Engineer and offer them "services" ;)

Jokes aside, you should start by adding some more content to your homepage if that is the page you are trying to rank.

can you suggest me some link building sites.

i did some testing a while back, using new site, clean backlink. using pbn and few real guest post sites (no profile link, web 2.0 or .edu .gov links) and after 3-5 months result in 58 ref domain main keyword, 230 ref domain long tail keyword. medium competition 1k monthy search and it got to first page but can never pass the other top site with https. so i guess https play a big part in ranking. my suggestion use main and (main with long tail) like

main-kw
frozen food

main-kw with long tail
delicious frozen food
this is frozen food
buy this frozen food

it will add weight to your main keyword without search engine detect you over optimize your main keyword.
