First of all, check our thread 3k guarantee requirements: "$3000 Spending Guarantee. The account will be replaced if it should go down before reaching $3000 spending. Following instructions ia a MUST". You violated our guides and instructions and therefore are not eligible for account guarantee.
Our $3k spendig guarantee is guarantee for account quality and of course account gets replaced if accounts quality is bad and gets banned due that. Now, its unthinkable that we will give 3k spending guarantee on your dirty ads that shouldnt even get approved by facebook in the first place? Once again, our spending guarantee covers account issues not mistakes made by end user (YOU). I seriously hope noone else aims to dreams such like you. If its impossible - it cant be true!
And for anyone else: This wont mean our accounts are not suitable for BH campaigns. Most our clients are running BH on our accounts, we just wont take responsibility for end user mistakes (being too agressive, inproper sales funnels and mistakes due low experience with FB BH ads etc).
Now the second part, you ordered more accounts and delivery is delayed. Its true and we are sorry. Delivery has been delayed due FB being on warpath and has been sweeping over the last few weeks. This happens few times a year and coping with it is part of FB business. You must understand that delivering account getting banned next day is waste of everyones time and money. What we have heard, this time FB sweeps for 3 weeks meaning we should be good to go next week and get this settled.
We are sorry for late delivery but this stuff happens and if you are experienced with FB you are aware of that.
We are not accepting any more orders until this have been resolved.
