Need some advice on domain for CPA

Hello BHW my name is Dan. Im working on some cpa accounts to work with instagram etc. I just purchased a cheap domain name, now to use that with a LP and CPA do i need to have this domain up as a running site or build a site or can i just simply use as just domain for my CPA and LP?

Also was hearing may need subdomain to direct my affiliate too? Or use a landing page.. are they similar? Any feedback much appreciated. Will share Instagram journey if i can figure out how to use CPA's , LP's, etc.

You need to make your own Landing page or rip one off of someone else, then place your locker on it.
