Why is my youtube Monetization Disabled ?

I am Bangladeshi. I have a youtube channel. i can't my youtube montization enabled. Any body help me. what is the process for it. First i changed my country but no result. my Copyright Status and Community Guidelines Status are well. i have six vedio and sub: 139. please suggest me i am very interest to earn money from youtube. what is the process ?

Try to set your country to USA. It will enable you to use the monetization.

If you're banned in Adwords or any linked accounts you can't enable this option.

country doesnot matter for monetization to be enabled. Try creating a new YT account and see if get that option or not.

Yeah i had strikes 2 but that was a very long time ago
they already expired

Im using a other account now but i was wrong about the 100K it even makes 200K views per month.. and still rising im missing out on so much revenue you know

Already i have opened new yt account and got Monetization . But i need adsense account , how can i approve ? how many video or subs : need.
