What are some ways that you stay safe while scaling accounts and how do you ensure that you're building an audience of valuable followers? A lot of pages that have impressive follower counts actually have very poor conversion and engagement.

Hello! Why do you use a proxxy? and how is it that you approach people with your services? How should I price my services?

Do you add descriptions and hastags to your post ?
How to do it in volume ?
Can you share any MP settings about these ?

- Don't ever post links within the first 3 weeks of a fresh accounts, thats the only time I got ban EVER.
- Warm up the account even if they're aged, start small and slowly increase daily or every alternate days.
- Make sure you do not compromise the account or flagging it's stage like carelessly not using a proxy.
- If you're using other's images make sure to change the image hash IDs and if you want add watermark there's so many free tools which can bulk edit them.
- I play very safe and I don't exceed above 700 follows a day and/or 900 likes a day.

How do you ensure you're building an audience of valuable ?

Scrape from smaller accounts instead of large accounts, use a good scrapper & filter or pay to make a custom one. Those filters on MP & FL is not good enough imo. It'll solve your % of follow-back ratio and also keep you at a much much higher engagement rate than those large accounts.

I don't recommend proxymillion, stay away.

You can use reverseproxies, I used to use them for all my accounts. It doesn't matter just go for dedicated proxies instead or private/shared, you're using it to run instead of creating accounts.

Already answered this.

How should I price my services ?

Up to you, honestly I known people who priced at 500-700$ a month. Believe it or not company does not like "Cheap" stuff, the pricing you charge may be reasonable and sounds fair to you because it's low cost for you and you know how the actual fuck easy it is to do it. But to them they've the mentality of "Too good to be true" because imagine companies are paying upwords 800-1000$ a month just for content creation or management of ads with budget of additional side maybe 200-500$ and you come in telling them monthly you'll only charge 50-100$ a month isn't it a lil too unbelievable for them ?

useful info, thanks for sharing man

No problem.

If you're building an account yes, I rotate #hashtags by using FL and does use description. However I may it very general type of description and let it rotate the hashtags and description you can do it in FL like this.

( dogs | puppies | cute furry dogs ) - same goes for hashtags.

I do not use MP as for me I've been using FL all along and very familiar with it.

I am more or less wondering *why* you use them not which kind. Also thank you very much for the other answers.

Haha sorry, I read that wrongly.

Because I want to be using the same IP and same address everytime I use a particular account. This way nothing get flagged to instagram and I'll be able to run multiple accounts even tho I'm only using 1 VPS to do so. And if you're requesting too many actions via an IP it'll be too "obvious" to instagram. Imagine someone buys lemonade from you and you offer free flow, however the person comes with 5 cups and drinks finish every 5 minutes isn't it obvious that it's something sketchy ? Someone else might be drinking it too and taking advantage.

After you've hit 5 digit monthly income you tend to get bored after. But I would say in the six digit figure and a low one considering I only did it for 8-9 months.

I don't think I'm lucky tho, but I think I can beat my previous record with my newly plan executions.

ok

Long time lurker, loved your post.

I'm curious as to how you collected the information for the clients. It gets tricky when you start to manage a lot of them.

EDIT: By information, I mean like their competition and requests etc.

1. Stop lurking and get enaged and start failing now than later. Time is money and money is fun to make.

2. Build a custom scrapper or get one, scrapping is the easy part. Figuring out their competitor is hard, google is your best friend in this and what I'd do is to try find well known brands clothing line within the range of 10-50k followers and start from there, alternatively I ask my clients to give me 10 direct and in-drect comeptitor within their niche as well between 10k-50k so that my life's much easier and also I would have an idea who they wanna target and do a little more intense search for like 30mins collecting data.

Else you can pay some guy from freelance site to do it for you and ask them to collect hundreds of data for like 30-40 bucks. And from there you scrape them and filter out, getting as much data as you can with those hundreds of data you can pretty much work with it for 4-6 months when they're subscribe to you.

Piece of advice: NEVER DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF, ALWAYS OUTSOURCE AND GET PEOPLE TO DO THE TEDIOUS STUFF FOR YOU. SAVING COST IS DUMB AND STUPID, 80/20 RULE. 80% of the time finding new clients and upgrading yourself, 20% of the time staring at the wall and doing actual work.

Did you sell any accounts? If so how would you market them?

No, but I've plans to but I'm lazy maybe in the future if I've someone to do with.

Honestly, there's no need for you to market your accounts in fact clients and buyers comes to you but you don't see it. What I mean by that is interested companies or people will tend to ask you for shoutouts and believe it or not, it's ALOT and if you've the patients to go through DMs daily on your account then of course it'd be much faster to sell else sell it here on BHW or other forums but you'll get a much lower price.

If you're able to get company interested and they're keen to know more, the way to selling the account at it's maximize value is to not oversell it. Instead teach them and tell them ways they can use it to their advantage instead of saying "THIS SHIT IS CRAZY, YOU"LL GET LOTS OF FOLLOWERS". Companies don't care about numbers like I said, it's all comes down to conversions.

Tell them like this kind of example "You'll be able to use the account to consistently market the followers, they're are basically subscribers to your website however on instagram. They're no different and are already warm leads waiting to be sparked and be converted to a customer. Paying ads can be relatively expensive if you've tried it before, imagine gaining followers on a daily basis and continuing to market it for absolutely no cost".

Then after you can sneakily slot in "We don't stop there, we could offer you account management as well!" Scheduling post for you and continue growing the account at a low cost blah blah blah....

You get the general idea yeah.

Thanks for all this advice, it's some really solid work you've been doing.

I've been trying this for a while now. I was using word of mouth method. Really a waste of time waiting on others. I can't agree more-outsource EVERYTHING.

I tried hiring college students to do sales, but ended up that they would ruin the leads. Now, I have the work outsourced and I send emails.

When you were pitching via email would you ever set up Skype calls or get on the phone? I have a tendency to do that, but find that it occupies a lot of time out of the day. Emails are great, but never the best conversions in comparison to a phone call or word of mouth client. Just looking to make the best impressions, but obviously conversions are low.

Do you monetize any of your other Instagram accounts? If so, in what way? (I see you aren't very into shoutouts) Or did you make money strictly through running Local business accounts?

Thanks bro appreciate it

Hello dude, nice thread you got read all so far and it's looking quiet helpful. I got a question on my mind i'll shoot right your way.

Is there a way to target instagram audience that is both niche and country targetted? usually when i follow/unfollow people i get third world country followers and beyond. I've thought maybe i'm following people on the wrong timezone, what you think?

Yes I only do email previously. No I don't do skype call, however I do honestly think it'd convert much much better.

What you can do is hire someone and get a skype subscription on a certain countries and ask the person you hire to do the call for you.

Of course you can pay them weekly to try out others or in return offer a commission you don't have to right out fork out thousands of $$$ for hiring a couple of peoples!

How many months does a customer stay subscribed on average?

3-6. 10-15% of them stay up to 8-10months.

Yes, I've done CPA with instagram accounts before. They don't last that long, unless you've unlimted supplies to account I recommend you going there unless you know what you're doing.

You can scrape country targetted by scraping via location id and liking users from revelant hashtags of countries/state or places name.

Using smaller accounts to get data from works best, bigger accounts tends to have followers from all over the place.

Your business is very intriguing. I appreciate the insight you give. Honestly, you're giving some very valuable first-hand information.

I have some experience manually building accounts but still consider myself a newbie. I will be buying a bot soon. What type of route would you recommend a newbie take to making some money with IG? There seems to be a vast amount of options. Growing accounts and selling them, shoutouts (not recommended by you), affiliate sales, CPA, and of course, a business model similar to yours.

Appreciate any response.
