[Help needed] how to remove spammy search result from google?

I've got a site that was infected with malware last year and I'm pretty sure that it has been disinfected and cleaned.

But when i do a site:infectedandcleaned.com to look at the indexing of the website, it would still show spammy results from last year. After 4 rounds of submitting these spammy links, there is just more and more each time. And the dates reflected on these results were last year.

I've tried performing a redirect but it's not doing any good for the SEO as it's indexing these spammy pages.

Any thoughts on resolving this and removing these pages permanently so that Google doesn't reflect these non-existent pages?

are you 100% sure the site is cleaned? as sometimes the hack can still be there in hidden. I would use these guys to scan your site its free and see if there is any other issues.

Also as long as the pages are not ranking I wouldn't worry about them too much as long as the hack is fixed and you have no warnings in search console. You will be fine.

Sucuri is the best solution. I think like $200 and they manually scan your files for you..

You NEED this if you've been hacked.. or else it can take dozens of tries and hours to solve!

After you scan your sites with the above mentioned tools, register your website in a CDN, something like Cloudfate or MaxCDN

yup CDN offers a little extra safety. But that should come later.

If that was the case, then google wouldn't find that page to crawl and index. So maybe your website hasn't been cleaned completely? And maybe something is still serving pages to googlebot?

The cached results are reflecting last august and when I click on these results from the google, it went to my 404 page. So i assumed that it's no longer on the site. Just wondering why are they being indexed by the spider.

I've done that for 4 rounds (manually adding the links and requesting for google to remove, each time is about 70 pages) and the site results kept popping up with pages that are no longer there..

Assuming you already updated sitemap? Do all the URLs 404?

If you want to remove a photo, profile link, or webpage from Google Search results, you usually need to ask the website owner (webmaster) to remove the information.
Even if Google deletes the site or image from our search results, the webpage still exists and can be found through the URL to the site, social media sharing, or other search engines. This is why your best option is to contact the webmaster, who can remove the page entirely

Are you using a WordPress? You may use the Yoast SEO and set the the Categories, Tag, Pages to NOINDEX...You can visit my site for instructions, it is under "How to Rank Higher on Google Search..."

If not, you may have to Disallow the Index on Webmaster Tools....
