Call to Action Post

Ive seen a few call to action posts from certain large pages which dont seem to be promoted(paid for)

I was under the impression that these had to be paid for.

However these posts which ive seen look to be just posted from the page and theres no sign of the "sponsored" usually got with paid posts.

Is such a thing possible? Or are these just paid posts?

paid posts always have "sponsored" tag on them (unless i am missing some news). also if you could post a pic with example it would help us understand much better.

This is another call to action which has the "sponsored" within the heading, another thing is when you click the "page" it leads straight to app download, is it possible to do that for a website?
