A banana enthusiasts skype group for Germans only.

Maybe they'd discuss how to organise them into neat little piles...

@DerPreusse Asking for creation of a skype group as a newcomer is almost no different than advertising your website or service.

Sure, your intention may be peacefully, but why should we risk with it? I mean you're a newbie, you didn't contributed or something. Your reputation is 0.

Re rules: you should take the rules with a grain of salt and not literally word with word. Mkay sir?

Aren't you that paranoid guy who made an account a few weeks ago and started to attack everything?

Anyway, I suspect arguing with you is like beating a dead horse, and banhammer is imminent.

Maybe if you had a website selling bananas, you would be fine with people joining your website and saying to all your members, hey come and join my banana selling Skype group?
Sorry but this is a kiddy statement.First of all i don't own a product which bhw members would buy.I want to exchange experience on some domestic topics IM related. The gain is in knowledge and not selling any products/banana.
Haven't i read some posts from YOU telling people on bhw its stupid to talk about good working solutions in public and that you would never do that?I guess thats the reason why you don't find many good solutions on this board and more and more people are only talking about serious solutions in small groups ?Aren't you one of them who pushed this on BHW?

There is a big diffrence.Advertising website or service is per terms not allowed at bhw.
With your second sentence you also proofed that new members have other rights on this board than seniors.
So please update your terms accordingly to it.
Terms of Conditions is a legal contract.Seniors should know that or do you think webmasters in court who abused the terms of websites can also claim "you should take the rules with a grain of salt and not literally word with word"
Maybe someone wanna try this with craigslist ? :D

Hmm now I see. Goodbye. One thing I have learnt from BHW. No point debating with stupid.

You read my posts today after joining?

Oh no, you read them with your previous account. And now he wants to start a Skype group. Highly laughable. Move on kid. Nobody is interested.

what kinda shit do yo smoke braah, coz i aint got this high even with two dabs.
Anyways Fcuk it .

1. Newbies scam here, that's just how it is. The mods do the best they can to prevent that, including keeping newbies on a shorter leash. Most of us here prefer it that way.

2. You need the forum more than the forum needs you, that's just how it is. Ease yourself in and it's a great place to find information and opportunities.

That's about as simple as it gets. Do with it what you will.

@Asif

The linked member broke the terms of forum which i can link which exectly one as i know seo clearly states which rule he has broke.
What i'm asking since i read the forum terms twice and all notifications that there is no rule on bhw not allowing new members to open a skype group if i'm wrong please point me to that rule and i will appoligize instantly.
You claim i made a lot of drama. So when my thread gets deleted and i get a warning for something which is not against the rules i'm the guy who makes the drama ?Don't i have the right to ask to obey the forum rules ?I'm also obaying the rules and if i broke any rule so please point it to me.
What you demand is to obey on everything somebody says no matters if its right or not
Suggest you let things rest and see how things run around here.
I don't need to see how things run since the terms clearly states how it has to run.

Anyway i'm out of that thread and am going to call Damien on monday to get him to make a public statement if i need to obey or not.
If i need you can be sure i was the last time here but knowing Damien he would never demand something like that

@Asif WILSON Khan Holy shit. Is he perma banned?

And I thought that he actually changed...

AFAIK he is perma banned, it is silly to lose your BHW over pointless arguments.
Never seen a Mod ban anybody without reason and normally they give plenty of warnings, looks like Capo didn't take the hint, which is a shame.

@Zwielicht thank you but i saw it and it also doesnt say a single word about not being allowed to start a skype group
I actually linked to that thread to show you that there are rules on the forum that aren't referenced in any sticky threads or the TOS. I updated it with 2 additional rules on Thursday and I'm still adding to it.

Anyway, here's what I can tell you about the issue of creating Skype groups as a new member.

As moderators, we often need to use our best judgement in order to make a decision. When a new member joins and wants to start adding members from the forum to their Skype group, we get suspicious. This isn't even necessarily just because we think you're the issue, but because we can't control what happens in these Skype groups. There are many previously banned members with ill-intentions who prowl this forum as guests or on duplicate accounts looking for Skype groups to join. I know this because I frequently ban these people from the forum.

We're just trying to look out for you and the other members of the forum.

Thank you for that confirmation that i'm responsible for ex moderators fraud.Did i choosed that moderator or any of these other scammers that i need to proof a lot ?

Did i say anywhere you were responsible? You know pretty much what i tried to tell you. But you keep trying to be right. You are not.

They do it for our safety, and yes. A new member have a lot to prove.
If you watch the shitlist, there was even a ex moderator that scammed people. So i understand why they take hard actions on new members.

And @Zwielicht is one of the chillest mods arround here.

+1 +1

All the time... the warnings are in place to keep the ship in the right direction, not to be punitive.

As well as smarter than your average bear![/QUOTE]

Zwielicht is my bear, you are my russian tree. Lol no you chill too!

Capo has been temporarily banned until March 19th.

The fact is there are many rules which aren't in the ToS, these unwritten rules come about from time to time to protect members, there are far too many unofficial skype groups which noobs have joined and then been ripped off in.
There are also separate rules in different threads, check the sticky sections.
If you have a problem with a Mod then take it up with support but don't be disappointed if it doesn't go your way, Mods delete threads and posts as necessary and they do not have to provide you with an explanation, although if you contact them they usually do.
Seriously this forum is not a democracy, it is a privately owned website which is a small part of a larger business and at the end of the day, Mods police the forum on behalf of Damien and the team, calling them out it is like calling Damien out directly and not really a wise move.

You know i don't want to act like an asshole but your statement is so noobish i can't not reply to it.
As you said yourself BHW is owned by a british company i won't name the name and its run under the commerical law in UK.The law says clearly that the forum terms is a legal binding contract between me and the forum owner.Which means when i break the terms (depending on how hard) Damien will have the right to sue me based on these terms. However since its a legal contract between both parties if Damien breakes the terms which also depends on how hard i have also the right to go for recompensation against him.The Terms of Service is a legal contract between both parties nomatter what a Mods or any senior says. The commerical law in the UK give nothing about their opinions. In germany its even so that the forum owner is fully responsible for outgoing links and statements made on his board.
Of course i don't wanna harm Damien in any way since we always had a good relationship however i'm a bit tired reading that the biggest rule on bhw is something what a mod says. Its not.Under law only the forum terms and conditions matters.A good example for that is craigslist who is destroying all spammers just by their Terms and Conditions.

Damien knows who i am maybe not under this nick but on monday he is going to know.
And you can trust me i would win this case with ease when demanding recompensation (which would be for that case very low).
Even google is backing down once cases are opened in court which are cristal clear.

Sorry i posted again but i can't let stay that the highest rule by law is a mod's decission since the Terms of Service is the only legal contract by law between members and forum owner. No stickys no mods decission are higher than them and you can belive me i know it since i had to deal with it a lot in the past.
Please remember Terms and Conditons (legal contract) needs to be accepted before joining.Stickys or mods decission doesnt need to be accepted so the are by law not valid.

Thats why i have the right to ask to obey the forum terms and conditions which i accepted since thats exectly what you also ask me to do.

Case closed, last reply, i go to bed and will be back online on monday.

Wish everyone a nice weekend bye bye

One thing is for sure. You are an expert level troll.

10. INFRACTIONS AND BANS.

Although Black Hat World does not have the ability to police the Site, our administrators and moderators reserve the right, but do not have any obligation, to issue infractions or bans as they see fit. If you receive 3 infractions on this forum, you be permanently banned from the Site.

The mod saw fit and issued an infraction. No debate. Does not have to give you a reason, does not have to point to any rule being broken.

Since i know Basstrackerboat is afraid of having a real conversation and argumentation as he clearly over reacted in my case i'm going to call on monday Damien since i know him personly from older times and talk with him if on his board the forum terms have any meanings and if members own the rights according to the terms or if they need to obey any ridiculous decission by a mod who isnt even able to point which rule he broke.

I'm going to make a screenshot for Damien showing that this thread also got deleted i also already safed the thread from the suggestion board and ask him too what purpose this board has when anything negativ about bhw gets instantly deleted or closed.

For me case closed i will save that thread and call on monday to Damien and asking him if he really wants me to obey to such actions.

Anyway i'm out of that thread and am going to call Damien on monday to get him to make a public statement if i need to obey or not.

I feel you @Diamond Damien ... a harsh world we live in.
OP I feel you too, that's why I avoid talking with certain Germans as much as I can.
