I'd like to use private proxies with a web browser like Firefox or Chrome and I was wondering how I can do this? I want to be able to change proxies at will so that my web browser shows my location from different IP addresses. Anyone know how to do this?

just look on youtube honestly probably easier to understand.

Set a proxy in Google Chrome separately and not using Internet Explorer settings
Some times, you want to use proxy to connect internet on Google Chrome but directly
connect on Internet Explorer. In this section, I will tell you how to set a proxy in Google
Chrome separately and not using Internet Explorer settings:
Right click on the Chrome icon on your Windows desktop and select Properties | Shortcut.
In the Target field, add the following for enabling a proxy separately in Google Chrome:
--proxy-server=host:port - Click OK to apply the settings.

Similarly, for Google Chrome in Linux right click on the desktop icon, click on Properties,
then add the line --proxy-server=host:port in the Command field

How to setup in Internet Explorer?:D

Look up firefox profile manager. There are a couple steps but you can set up as many unique profiles as you want. Then you can get a plugin called foxy proxy that will let you automatically connect to it when that profile is accessed.

You could control some IG bots manually like this assuming they don't care for your PC info.

So I can set up private proxies with FireFox and then change them around whenever I want?

Open Google Chrome and click the menu Tools -> Settings -> Show advanced settings , then click Change proxy settings. 4. Click LAN settings button in Internet Properties window and check the option “Use a proxy server for your LAN“, then enter your proxy shared or private proxy server from your list.
