Question Regarding URL Shortner

There plenty of url shortner sites available today on internet but if we think about google shortner then why we are not using google url shortner, is there any difference between google url shortner and other url shortner websites. Thanx.

All shorteners are the same in nature but may have different features and specifications like the ability to add custom URLs, previews, see the statistics. Google shortener may not be the most advanced in terms of features but as for speed and reliability, that’s a different question, google is thought to be the winner here. If all you want is simply shortening the URL, you’ll get there with any popular shortener you choose.

URL shorteners previously used to transfer a lot of link juice to your target website. Until recently, the link juice that gets passed down has been cracked down by the big G. Previously, a good amount of URL shorteners can guarantee a decent ranking on big G after blasting with links. Now it looks like the loophole has been plugged.

Correct, they actually didnt' take care of that issue until late in 2016 really. I was still ranking sites Page 1 [not Top 3] from just indexing/ping/redirects. Now the KWs were not hard, but not easy to rank either... right near that midline of difficulty.
