It's not possible unless twitter.com itself has adware.

When you follow people our software opens twitter.com webpage which you can see in small box - Search Status or Follow Status.

Try it again and let me know if you still get adware

Do I need to have more than one IP(proxies/dial-up/dsl) to create the accounts with this software? Or can I create hundreds of accounts from the same IP with this software?....

This software can create many twitter accounts at once but you need to enter captcha for every account you create with our software

You are right...you need to switch IP's every couple of accounts you create with out software.
