How to insert a video into wordpress site in this manner

Hi there! Does anyone know how to insert a video in a manner done in websites such as www.leadpages.net?

I'm not even too sure how they created the video to begin with. Did someone just screen record themselves on a desktop and then upload the video?

Any ideas on how this is done would be awesome! thanks

The easiest way would be to put the vid on YouTube and then embed. They are hosting their own, which can use up resources on a busy site, always best to use YouTube's resources

There are many header plugins that support featured video and buttons. There are few drag and drop themes and they come with similar modules. Making those videos is simple enough, you need some practice thats all.

Ah I see. Do you know the best way to capture the desktop screen to get the video content to begin with? Like streaming it and downloading the stream
