He received a couple of infractions for selling outside of the marketplace, or more specifically in the Web Hosting section. OP's complaint is that he's seeing the Jr. VIPs who have sales threads here doing it (they were soft selling at the most, though they shouldn't be doing that and I'm going through that section right now), so now he's wondering why he can't do it.

Speaking of which, @I know SEO, I'm going to PM you about that section in a moment.

Even if you are Jr. VIP, you can't sell directly unless you have an official sales thread. If you see those Jr. VIP responding in the threads, that means they have official threads.

If you want to start making money then spend $97 and get yourself a Jr. VIP status.

Actually you cannot sell outside of your sales thread, just because you have a sales thread does not mean you can go around the forum selling.

I issue infractions to Jr. VIPs all the time, especially for selling outside of the marketplace.

Free members, premium members, marketplace sellers, Jr. VIPs, Jr. Execs, Execs, and even moderators all have to follow the same rules.
 
Thanks to hard moderators, this forum is clean. Imagine thousands of marketers in every thread, link building, mass selling. I saw forums like that before, nothing good. I can be angry also, for example when waiting long with my product approval but I understand it and stay calm. These are people too and they have their life but still keeping this giant bhw forum in good, not spammed shape.
