Each account will have it own ip residential or private proxies.
Use a ip private or resedental.

Know fill in all the personal info ,but have a niche in mind , we are trying to make a niche account to get full engagement, and loads of followers.

Know add a picture with niche in mind.
Know add a description with niche in mind.
Post some pictures with the niche in mind ,around 4 pictures, all watermarked with a short url to a wix.com page , from the wix.com you re direct to your sales / website.
Go to other accounts with niche in mind and hit follow do around 4.

And start, likeing the accounts ,do around 4.
Know go and find some nice picture, from other accounts with niche in mind, and comment on 4 accounts .
You need to do all the above every single day , with the same ip for that account , you can use a bot if you got one or a made up script ....
You really need big accounts massive accounts,with real heigh engagement ,
There are websites that can help, or application to no what account got huge sub accounts ,
You need to get these accounts scrape all there users ,and follow them all and try and engage with them via comments and likes .
Hopefully your get a really good response in followers.
Afther you get your first 5k send out a message of your short url, then afther 10K send another message about your short url , so know every 5k send a message with short url .
As the account grows start sending messages more ofthen .
Eventually if you do it right , your start to get followers without doing nothink .
