So me and a friend had a business idea on how to change the way we communicate with each other, in form of an app.
Our plan is to create the basic idea, build a website around it and start driving traffic to it and then use crowdfunding to get further.

Now what I seek is advice on which steps I need to take since I want to use SEO and IM as much as I can to spread the idea and generate value.

The SEO forum both blackhat and white hat should be used to educate yourself before plunging into IM. Creating a produce is just the beginning but marketing it is everything else. So you seem to be asking the right questions. That is a good start, all the best with it.

Thank you. I'll use the time I have until the basic product is finished to educate myself on SEO but I think at the speed things are moving it will be a good idea to buy some SEO here too.
