Twilikes not paying me my money.

I was working with twilikes (network like mylikes) I earned $70 last month. On their website they stated that they pay weekly via paypal and minimum payout is $20.

But I have $70 in my account and paypal attached. but not got paid. I email to their office but no reply. Is twilikes scam or they really pay. I mean is here any one who got paid by twilikes.
Now what Can I do? Is there any way?

The payment status says "Pending", i'd think it means, it's under processing, so i guess you will get it in a few days. There must be a reviewing process before they issue payments.

It is still pending and it was pending last month. it always show pending.

Maybe you're missing something. Have you submitted your W-9/W-8BEN tax form? Certain companies won't pay you until you do it. Can you receive payments to your PayPal, some countries are not eligible. I'm not sure why aren't they responding to you. On the other hand there are no results for "twilikes scam" on Google apart form this thread, so they can be legit easily. There is no page or option for Tax form. Ok if they are not scam. But why they even not reply me. There is live chat option on website but no reply. Email, no reply. I dont know what to do.

Arslan they didn't pay me also,and not just that but they also banned me for invalid activity on the day they needed to pay me,although I work with mylikes,skylikes and now socialmob for like 3+ years and I have never had any problems with other companies with invalid clicks.

They are paying every Monday. I have been using them for a while and they are very correct with the payments,good content and have the best cpc for the moment.
