How? Selling vps from AWS EC2 with cheap price?

Dear folks,
This is my first thread, if I did any mistake please remind me and don't too hard on me okay lol

I have seen many people offer vps in really cheap price at many forums out there. For example 4GB RAM windows vps sell only for 4USD, etc...

When I tried one of them, I can see that it comes from AWS EC2. I tried to get account over there, and successfully got free vps for whole year only 1usd. But, I still cant figure it out how ppl can sell many vps with so cheap?

Anyone can give me a clue? Do they using "educator/students" discount? or what?

Well, maybe I am not aware, but as far as i know, there is no reseller who can offer to resell windows vps 4GB RAM at 4usd
If you know one of them from marketplace, I would happy to look at his offer... He should sell it lower then 4usd then

And you will be surprised that even tho you have AWS account ( I have it bro), If you make custom vps with 4GB RAM, the price will more then 14usd/month! lol

well, the products rarely last long, but enough living for a month, and their offer always the same, cant extend for next month. We need to repurchased new vps for next month.
I occasionally saw their offer at seoclerk, some local forums related to SEO, etc. So sorry since I didnt continuously monitor them.

Another cheap offering is those who sell from google cloud with 7.5GB RAM, sell for few bucks... Well, I just so curious on how do they get it...
