Marketing on whatsapp or viber?

Hi

I never done mobile marketing before. What do you recommend... whatsapp or viber?

How do i find the group chats in these apps?

I have tried whatsapp it is very effective for India..I mostly build the groups... I go in FB or Linkedin groups offer them something lofty like join the group and get all tips and tricks about the niche ...it has been very effective for me

Sending Whatsapp campaign is very hard now, channels (whatsapp accounts) only can sent less message. it will cost high. I'm suggesting you do Viber campaign.
But keep in mind, both Whatsapp and Viber can't send clickable link.

I'd say WhatsApp but to be honest you can also use a cell phone number.

In all honesty KiK could work well too.

before u start whatsapp or viber....consider few things....

1)from a single channel....u can send more message in viber then in whatsapp.
2)but at the same time you have more active people on whatsapp then viber.
3)whatsapp filter is easy and fast to use...on the other hand its really tuff to filter the viber users form the list of numbers.
4)whatsapp marketing give better results.
5)both of them don't support sending active link.

in order for you to find a group chat you need to create it or the adm of the group must invite you. although you can create broadcasts lists and then spread your message, that's how I do it.

Both are good but now a days whatsapp is popular for it. You can create your own group. To find more groups in Facebook or in Google you can search for more groups based on your targeted areas.
