Not really sure whether to use facebook.com -> create ads or https://www.facebook.com/business
I'm following some videos on a course that was just released here to improve my shop and he's using the business platform which has been updated since the course videos.

Does Affinity matter when your deciding on what to target for facebook and what numbers should i be looking for? Cause im looking at the game of thrones numbers and it blows my niche away.

Just finished my shop I'm looking for sales and traffic 100$ budget. *Thinking on spending 5$ d/ on fb ads then scale but i cant fuck up.

Spent 20 $ on FB ads , got me some traffic and one sell so far, Not that good, will be trying Reddit next.

you should preferably set up a business account for advertising. I can't link yet, just look for business manager facebok ;)

as others said fb.com/business will be better option, do split test (age/gender/geo/int/purchasebehaviour) $5 dollor method will be low risk imo.
ad spend < profit margin of the product you're promoting.
spy on same kind of ads and the results before you spend from your packet.

Facebook ads for beginner can be tricky i don't recommend, i think the best way to spend some money are with instagram influencers. And of course you will need to make a loot of test before you will make sales.
