Long time Lurker, First time posting

Been browsing (and lurking) BHW for almost 10 years. Finally decided to interact with the community and seek out some advice!

I've been building a newsletter for my blog, but the progress is slow. Is buying email lists still viable in this mondern age?

So it seems like reputation is the most important thing for mailing lists now?

Well by building your own list you also build targeted potential clients or custy's. When u buy them there's no guarantee its a targeted list. Sure some providers can deliver but finding them is a hard task. Then you still need to clean that list. If u pay someone to do this they could jack your list too, and Hit them before you get a chance.
