When i import my email list on mailchimp doesn't want to send Email

mailchimp will give you hard time to mail anything unless the list opted-in. same goes for majority of email services like mailchimp

if you scraped this list it is going to be difficult. but 500 is a small number. few years ago i made a bot for personal use that was fairly simple. it logged into my gmail, clicked compose email, and wrote a message one by one to my list of emails. didn't run into any issues with that. i think all of them got delivered as i was getting replies from the people i contacted.

you admitted mailchimp wont let you do it.
software will just save you time vs doing it manual
what's your time worth?
learning how to bypass mailchimp restrictions (everyone will give you very hard time trying to mail scraped lists. i would say not worth it judging by the weekly threads here of people who scraped xxxxx emails and dont know what to do next)

hiring a freelancer to make gmail bot
vs
buying software license and learning how to use that software
its question only you can answer.
if you decide to go software route, a lot of people use atomic mail sender. personally i found the learning curve to steep. lot of guys on hire a freelancer board can help you out if you decide to go that way.

activecampaign tos says your list as to be opt-in in order to import. no scraped/purchased lists are allowed....on any mail service i've seen. have you had success importing non-opt-in list?

i've experimented with this for several days.. my conclusion was no email service will mail scraped lists. mainly because it breaks the CAN-SPAM act law. you need to do it yourself via software like atomic mail sender, hiring a freelancer/JV, or just plain old gmail accounts depending on your scale and mail content. even better solution is make your leads opt-in to an email list and you won't have any problems. good luck.
