Hi guys, Please someone helps me with how to make a clickable image on facebook

Get the direct link to your image from the site. Then simply post it, just bear in mind you'll only have to setup the 2 files once, after you can skip that passage. There are several tutoral videos on Youtube you probably won't need to watch those, being the process very eay.

Maybe by making the post on WordPress to Facebook, then 301ing the WordPress post to another site / Domain.

That is only a guess though.
