Make default video width larger

As it is the default video size is 500 x 300 pixels and there is no way to change it.

500 in width is very small by modern standards. I suggest that the width is increased to 800.

Can be changed here:
Admin CP > Home > BB Code Media Sites

Videos that are this small are hard to watch and the users will often leave BHW to watch the video at the hosting site, just to get a larger view. Remember that site like Vimeo do not offer a full screen option in the embedded player. You have to go to Vimeo to get that option...

Here is an example of the current size (and there is no full screen option...):

It does not matter how the video is edited. It is a BHW restriction, but if you can do it then please post a 800 pixels wide video below.

Can anyone tell who is responsible for making changes like this to the forum settings, then i will try to send a PM.

It seems like an obvious improvement to me and it takes minutes to fix.

I am creating some video tutorials and it is very hard to see what is going on with the small embed size.

If there are no advantages too the small size, then why not change it?

It is the default size when XenForo is installed and have never been changed. I don't think there are any specific reasons for the small size other than it is a default.

I can see plenty of advantages to the larger size over the current smaller one. So why not change it?

I agree some videos on this forum are very hard to watch because of the size, I know the video can be opened on the hosted site, but why make people do that when the size just can be increased.
