how to scale up?

Hello guys,

Currently I have some small success with my own job site.
Posting related jobs to job seeking facebook groups.
The only problem is, I have roughly 10 accounts in all job seeking groups over 700 members in my country.

The big question is: how to scale up my operation?
What would you do if you had all your accounts stable and posting in the groups and want to scale up?
To avoid the 'spam' label of the members, I only post 1 post per group, per day, per account.

But overall, Have you considered Paid Advertising like Targetted Facebook Ads?
I think this will save you time and help you reach your target audience easily.

That is what I thought instantly, wanted to make a job site for the UK, but this is a lot harder then my current country. Dont know why, but the interaction is much less then expected.

Correct, but since I only monitize with adsense, fb ads are to expensive.
Roughly 1000 uniques get me 10 euro's at best in adsense. Jobs seeking is not a high paying niche.

How about implementing different sources of income into your site?
I would say find related affiliate deals and incorporate them somehow into you site.
That will seriously pay off and you will be able to scale up your business with a huge potential for better earnings.
