Hey guys,

There's a guy swearing at me and threatening me saying that he is going to sue me for using his dog picture on my IG page and not giving him credit. I said I will gladly give the credit of a picture to him or even delete the picture if he wants, but I think he is actually crazy and can't stop swearing. lol

I can't even delete the picture because he didn't actually tell me which one belongs to him. He's definitely from a different country but can he actually take any legal action?

Any suggestions on how I should proceed about this?

First he needs to find a lawyer in your country. At least here in Holland you need to be written in dutch writing. Don't worry about it, and photoshop a Dick in that dogs mouth, now it's yours cause you are the artist

Thanks guys, the problem is that he didn't tell me which picture belongs to him, he is just swearing at me, calling me names and saying that he is going to sue me. hah

Delete the picture,

then sue him for

1) Verbal abuse
2) anxiety you have experienced due to his verbal abuse
3) threats
4) trolling
5) being unreasonable
6) and so much more depending on the laws and country you live in and most important do not tell him you are suing him. Surprise him.

If you delete your post, or give him credit where it is due, you should be fine. Also make a note of this so that you don't get into this kind of situation next time.

Why do people keep telling him to delete the picture? He's already said twice he doesn't know which picture it is, learn to read FFS.

Find out which picture is his and edit the picture. For example his dog hanging from a tree.

You just ignore & block him, he sounds like a spammer to me. I repost other users' pics all the time and never got a complain. I always put their Ins handles in caption, and sometimes, they thanked me for featuring their images lol. You "repost" with credit to the original poster, not "steal".

See if you can get him to explain which picture is his. Then remove it.

And post it again hundreds of times with different filters.
